Follow the following steps to claim your refund:

  • Email with a brief reason of why you returning your item(s), please include your order number and the item(s) you are returning to us.
  • We try our best to respond within 24 hours to your email with a copy of out returns form to download and print.
  • Once form is printed, fill in the appropriate details and enclose this form with the item(s) you are returning. Please arrange delivery to this address: Sleepy Hollow, Grauige, Kildorrery, Co. Cork, Ireland. P67 AK80.
  • Once we have received our returned item and deemed it to be , we will issue a full refund to the account that was used to make the original order.
  • For any further questions, feel free to contact us at and we will aim to respond within 24 hours.
  • We advise when returning any items to use a registered postage method as we will not be in a position to offer a refund on items that we do not receive.

Terms and conditions of Returning:

  • Items must be returned within 21 days from the date you received the order.
  • Orders must be returned in the same condition you received them in, including packaging and any relevant documentation (apart from our thank you note).
  • Whilst we do include the original delivery fee in these refunds, we do not include the delivery fee charged for returning the item unless the item(s) are faulty.
  • Refunds are only applicable to purchases made on our website only.
  • Once approved we will email you with verification that your refund has been issued.
  • Depending on account providers, your refund should be reach your account within 10 working days.
  • Please do not return items in any plastic packaging.
